Today
This week against last.
The last 7 whole days against the 7 before them: the calls, the leads, the website, the Meta and Google ads, Dr. Abbasi's link in bio page and the letters, each with its change. Under it, Since The Start: the ad spend in all against the money each way in has brought, all time. Each figure opens its page. What waits on Money Owed, Phone Calls and Partners is the count beside each in the rail.
This Week Against Last
Since The Start
What the ads have cost since they began, against what each way in has brought in. Money collected, all time.
Sources
Where new patients came from, and what each channel brought in.
Where new patients came from, month by month: each patient's channel is how they first reached the practice in the 90 days before their first visit (a call, the website's form, the desk's log), and a patient with nothing on record is counted as walked in or unknown, never guessed. Spend is the ads' own; collected is what those patients' visits have brought in, in their first 90 days and in all.

To Act On
Visits
Record a visit; the note appears here for Dr. Abbasi to approve.
Record the visit here with the patient's consent ticked first; say the patient's name and date of birth, then talk as usual. The recording goes to the practice's AWS account as it records and nothing stays on the phone. The note appears below in a few minutes for Dr. Abbasi to correct and approve, and the front desk copies each section into eCW. Keep the phone unlocked while it records.
Money Owed
Who to contact today, about what, and with what in hand. Open a row to type what you learn.
One row per case. Firms are the attorney cases, owed by the firm under a letter of protection and paid at settlement; Adjusters are the workers' comp claims, owed by the carrier through its adjuster; Insurers is what the billing company chases (Auto / PIP, commercial, Medicare and the rest), read only. Next Step is worked out from everything the case knows: the reductions log, what the firm or adjuster last wrote, a letter waiting, Needs A Person, and what was paid since. Who says whose turn it is. Opening a row shows what the office has typed on it: who has it, notes, the calls, the firm eCW is missing, the papers seen in the chart. What you type stays through every monthly rebuild. Managers and Dr. Abbasi can type; everyone signed in can read.
Money Owed
What patients owe themselves, and the letters ready to send them.
What each patient owes the practice themselves, from eCW's patient balance report, apart from what insurers and firms owe. A letter to each is drafted every weekday (a first letter, then follow-ups at 30 and 60 days); nothing goes until a manager reads it and presses Send. A patient with an attorney or workers' comp case is listed but gets no letter here: the Cases letters ask the firm.
Money Owed
Replies to our letters, each with an answer drafted to read and send, and the letters we sent.
Every email to the mailbox in the last 30 days, except the website's form copies from info@, which have their own box on Website. Open one to see the whole thread and the AI's draft, edit it if you like, and press Send. Mail that isn't a reply to our letters is listed as Other Mail. Letters Sent below is every letter drafted, sent or skipped, newest first: nothing is emailed on its own, so open a letter waiting to be sent, read it, and press Send.
Letters Sent
Every letter drafted, sent or skipped, newest first. Open one waiting to be sent to read it and press Send.
Email Campaigns
Emails to past patients. Write one, send yourself a test, press Send.
Emails to past patients, each patient their own copy, from news.primeorthocenter.com. Write one, send a test to yourself, and press Send; nothing goes until a manager does. Every email carries the practice's address, the Florida notice and a one-click Unsubscribe, which takes the person off the list at once and for good.
Appointments
Every patient's billing: charged, paid and still owed. Read only.
Every patient with the services they were billed for, what was charged, what the insurer and the patient paid, and what is still owed, from eCW's billing reports. Read only: nothing here changes anything in eCW.
New Leads
The front desk's new leads, each matched to the call that brought it.
The front desk's Daily Tracker, the New Leads tab, read from OneDrive every hour on weekdays. Each lead shows the incoming call it was matched to, or why none was found. Where the leads came from is on Sources.

Websites
Who visited primeorthocenter.com and who got in touch from it.
primeorthocenter.com as PostHog counts it, read every 4 hours, with the practice's own devices left out. A real visit is one that wasn't a bounce (one page, under 10 seconds, no click); the rest are mostly robots. Typical visit is the middle real visit, first page to last action: half were longer, half shorter. A tap is someone pressing a phone number on the site, not a call that rang: the phone system's count is on Phone Calls. The forms that reach the office are on the Forms tab.

Website Chats
The assistant on primeorthocenter.com answers from the website's own pages and nothing else. Each answer is checked before the visitor sees it: by the practice's claims rules in code, and by AWS's guardrail against the pages it came from. An answer that fails twice is replaced by a line asking the visitor to call (Stopped). Some questions never reach the model: a price, a booking, an emergency, personal details, another language or a law firm each get a fixed line written in advance. Couldn't Answer lists what it had no page for, the place to start when deciding what the website should say. Ended is what the visitor pressed: Call, or the button that opens the call back request form. Personal details a visitor types are never kept; the message shows only which kinds were held back. Pause stops the assistant at once: visitors get the line to call instead, until a manager starts it again.

Websites
What Google counted on the Business Profile: call taps, website clicks, directions and reviews.
Google's own counts from the practice's Business Profile, the listing in Google Search and Maps, read by day. A call tap here rings the main line and is never matched to a call, so these calls sit among the main line's own on Call Numbers.
Forms
Every form sent from the websites. Open one to read it.
The copy of each website form that reaches relations@ from info@, from primeorthocenter.com and the link in bio, newest first. Filed means the intake run read it and added it to the leads; Couldn't Read means its layout was not the form's. These are not replies to our letters and never get an answer drafted. Sent By The Sites, Reached The Office checks each form a website says it sent against the email that arrived: a form sent whose email never arrived is listed by its time and page, to look up in info@ at that minute. Where the forms came from is on Sources.

Who came to davidabbasimd.com, from where, and whether the people who tapped to call got through.
davidabbasimd.com is the page Dr. Abbasi's social profiles link to. Its visits come from PostHog, read every 4 hours, with the practice's own devices left out. A real visit is one that wasn't a bounce. Got Through compares a phone tap on the page with a call that rang the main line within a minute. Whether its forms reached the office is on the Forms tab, with the website's.

Demographics
Who the ads and the websites reach: age, gender and where they are.
Meta and Google count the people their ads were shown to from their own users' profiles, read every 4 hours; they never say who. Google's numbers are the search campaigns only: Performance Max reports no age, gender or city. The websites' places come from where each visitor's internet address sits, which is often the provider's nearest hub, so a city is a rough guide. In Touch and Became Patients are the people who called or wrote through Meta, Google, the website or the link in bio, by the age on eCW's patient list.

Each cell is its share of every time the Meta ads were shown in these days.

Phone Calls
Every call to the practice. Press Handled once a missed call is returned.
From the practice's phones, read from RingCentral every five minutes. A name shows when the number belongs to a patient on eCW's list, with a link when they have a case. Press Handled once the caller has been called back or needs nothing.
Calls Today
Every incoming call that day, the ones still to call back first. The Desk says whether the front desk wrote the caller into the Daily Tracker, read from OneDrive every hour on weekdays. Press Handled once a caller has been called back or needs nothing; a call returned from the practice's phones says so by itself.
Phone Calls
How many people called, how many got through, and which number they rang.
From the practice's phones, read from RingCentral every five minutes: the calls in the days chosen against the days before them, by day and by which number they rang. Where the callers came from is on Sources.

Partners
One partner on Jack's list and the people they sent.
A partner on Jack's list, each tied to the people the front desk's Referred By column names: how many were referred, how many booked, how many were seen, and what was paid on their accounts.
Partners
What the partners have sent since you reached them.
Brought In is every patient someone on Jack's partner list or in his card box referred since he first reached them, with what they had done and the money.
Brought In
Partners
The workers' comp adjusters and case managers, company by company, and how many of our open cases each is on.
Each company's people come from three places, put together: Dr. Abbasi's notebook kept at the Concentra clinic, the adjusters typed on Money Owed's Workers' Comp sheet, and the case manager eCW has on each workers' comp case. One person found in two places is one row, and From says where. Check marks a spelling corrected from the notebook, or where the notebook disagrees with itself; look before using it.
Partners
Every law firm we know of, its attorneys, and how many of our open cases each firm has.
Each firm's attorneys come from three places, put together: the firm registry (the firms found by research, with their website, email and phone), eCW's Attorney Lookup as read from Jack's photos (each attorney's phone and address as eCW has them), and the attorney eCW names on each open case. One attorney found in two places is one row, and From says where. eCW cuts its own cells short, so a name ending in "..." was cut off in eCW, not here. Not In The Registry marks a firm only eCW lists.
Network/Sponsors Email
marketing@'s mail with partners, sponsors and everyone the partner emails went to, the ones waiting on an answer first.
Every conversation in marketing@, read from the account's own copy of the mailbox every five minutes in the day. Needs A Reply is mail whose newest message is from them, with nothing from the practice since; Replied is where they wrote and we answered last; Everything is all of it, the partner emails nobody has answered yet included. Each person is matched to Jack's partner list or the card box by any of their addresses, by a work domain only one of them has, or by their name when only one person on either list has it. Done takes a conversation out of Needs A Reply until they write again, and files it into Archive. Send sends the reply in the box from marketing@, exactly as written, and New Email writes to someone new; a manager's press is the only way either goes. Sign-in codes, bank and account mail are never kept or shown. An email's words are only read here; nothing on this page acts on what an email asks.
Partners
The people who send us patients: who to call, and what each has sent.
Sent A Patient This Week is everyone whose patient had a first visit in the last week, with that patient's name: the firm or doctor on eCW's appointment report, the firm on the case, or the desk's Referred By. It fills each morning from the appointment report, so yesterday's first visits are here today. New beside a name is a firm or doctor sending us their first patient. Below it, Everyone is every referrer and the patients they sent, the one longest since they last sent at the top; a referrer on Jack's partner list also shows how many the desk's Referred By ties to them, how many booked, were seen and paid, and the partners on the list who have sent nobody yet come last. A Referred By no rule can tie stays under Unmatched until a manager picks its partner; nothing is guessed. Pick Responded or Did Not Respond once you have called; under Everyone the row comes round again after 30 days. A note is kept on the referrer, so it shows in both parts.
Files
The OneDrive spreadsheets the dashboard reads.
Spreadsheets in OneDrive the system reads every morning, as admin@primeorthocenter.com. Share a file with admin@, then list it here with its link. The reductions log is checked against eCW and every case shows its reduction status.
Billing Discrepancies
Where the billers' records and eCW's disagree, and what to ask them.
Where the billers' records and eCW's disagree: what to ask the billers first, then each check in its drawer with the patients behind it. For Jack and the billers; Billing is for everyone.
Health
Whether every feed is being read, and whether the marketing numbers agree.
The account reads six services by itself every 4 hours: Meta, Google Ads, Google Analytics, PostHog (both websites), Search Console and the Business Profile. A read over 8 hours old is late; a failed read keeps the numbers of the read before. The Marketing check compares the Marketing pages with each other over the last 14 whole days, the comparisons the chat answers when asked whether the marketing numbers add up: a disagreement is a fault to look into. Counted Two Ways lists a label two pages count by different rules, each with both numbers. Cost is the AWS bill so far this month; Activity is who did what on this dashboard in the last 7 days.
